Thank you for shopping with JellyForce. This Shipping Policy outlines how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available:
At this time, we primarily serve customers in the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@go-jellyforce.com. International orders, if available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
JellyForce is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please: (1) check with neighbors or household members, (2) check around all entrance points of your delivery location, (3) wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before completing delivery. If after 24 hours the package has not been located, contact our support team at support@go-jellyforce.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. JellyForce is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@go-jellyforce.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
